Attorney Bledsoe has been so helpful through the ordeal I am experiencing. My ex has been abusive towards me both verbally and physically. I used The Law Office of John Bledsoe for my divorce and he and his staff where extremely professional, experienced, responsive and honest. Attentive, Thorough and Knowledgeable John has gone above and beyond to help me in a very difficult case. After a few years of yuk with my ex - my sister found John Bledsoe and I was very blessed to have him on my side - my ex had a high priced atty out of Newport Beach - so we were considered the underdogs - however John was great getting thru the yuk - they subpoenaed my bosses, baby sitter, etc - while the entire time my ex was claiming to be on unemployment and that's why he was not paying support - we found that my ex just changed employment status - from an employee to a subcontractor for a major home builder here in So Cal and that he put all his assets in his 3rd wife's name, then he switched everything into his 4th wife's name - my ex was making more than $25k a month - John was extremely great and we were able to get the judge to see thru my ex's BS - please note that my ex kept me in court for more than 13 years for different issues and support - John was great and stood by me the entire time and I would highly recommend him to anyone as I have done for the last 15 years - thanks John for ALL your hard work - you're wrong your NOT the underdog - your a quiet sweet bull dog!

Advocet for Fathers rights! I have dealt with a few family layers for my divorce and custody with my ex wife. And wasn't feeling they really cared about my case. So like some people i see in court rep. themselves and tried that. (not a good idea). So feeling i needed a change i sought out the help of John Bledsoe. I found him very personable right off the bat. He already was up to speed on my case from are first meeting. We formed a strategy and went to work. Are first court date went just like he said. Then are next court date went even better. with the judge on our side I felt really good for the decision that went are way. because of John experience in court really allowed the judge to see the truth in my case. John is an amazing trial ATTY excellent presence skilled litigator. I cannot say enough good things about John Bledsoe who represented me in two civil actions against a very corrupt HOA who were systemically ousting legitimate senior homeowners from their senior park, taking over and selling the homes , unlawfully laundering all the proceeds from the sales as self appointed board members . John relentlessly took them one by one in courtnperjuring everyone who lied on behalf of the board and won with the trial judge admonishing the Park ATTY's and witnesses as using unclean hands lying witnesses altered evidence to illegally oust disabled seniors. Johns fees were extremely fair and honest. He even included another abused and indigent, senior lady in my suit winning justice for both of us without demanding unfair fees. He attended all of my court dates, and understood how my ex husband would present himself in court vs his behavior during my marriage. He made sure to let me know how I was doing during testimony, assured me that I was doing a good job. He understood my situation. He answered all of my questions. I have been going to court proceedings for the last 2 1/2 years after I filed for divorce from my husband of 17 years. We have five children and two successful businesses. My ex-husband has been starving my kids and me out to the point that my church has been assisting us. I have had several other attorneys but my case has not moved forward in any timely manner. That is, until I met Mr. Bledsoe. It has been a very difficult battle with my ex. He does not do anything willingly. During our last court proceeding everything was going south for my case because of the lies that were being told. We were there all day long and Mr. Bledsoe negotiated wisely and fairly with the opposing counsel outside of the courtroom throughout the day. Opposing counsel would change their minds right before we would go back into the courtroom and completely waste time. It was just a game to them. When we went back into the courtroom at the end of the day Mr. Bledsoe had had enough of their games. He tactfully but forcefully persuaded the judge in our favor and saved my whole case!! He is well respected with the judges which goes a long way. Mr. Bledsoe is very experienced and capable in the courtroom. Attorney with hight quality I came to the office of attorney John A. Bledsoe while I was desperate and lost faith in all my previous lawyers . My divorce case is very extremely difficult . My ex- husband used every trick to take up all custody .He was like a film director , he invented enough way in which there were immoral acts . I have become very discouraged by those who lie or push ethical limit to win at all costs . I went through 5 lawyers , all of them . when I first met them , they promised to listen very assuredly . But after I signed them . Then they work inexperience and lack of responsibility they only know how to receive money and receive money to continue . I look back at my case which is very painful . He does not particularly seduce customers like other lawyers . But after signing the contract . Attorney Bledsoe and his staff Debra, Rafael and Debbie have been a god sent. I can't say enough about how supportive Attorney Bledsoe and his staff are. They truly make you feel like you are family and they put in 110% day in and day out. Weekdays or Weekends they are there to support you and it has been a massive blessing.

Attorney Bledsoe was outstanding in court. He showed up "Pumped" and Prepared. In court, Attorney Bledsoe worked extremely well with the Judge and boy did he really bring his "A" game. During court I sat next to Attorney Bledsoe and watched him operate in a way that words can't describe. The man is a Machine!!!! Every time Opposing Counsel tried to say something Attorney Bledsoe was all over it. I would have to say that 90% of what opposing counsel tried to state Attorney Bledsoe objected to and it was granted. He did not give Opposing Counsel an INCH! There is nothing greater than appearing in court with such talented, prepared council by your side and having such a loving, supportive staff supporting you outside of court.

Debbie and Rafael have provided me with the greatest customer service and support money can buy. There response time is literally an avg. of 30 minutes. Its mind blowing. Debbie responds in a moments notice and keeps everything organized and moving and I cant thank her enough. Rafael is a "Beast' and he is extremely knowledgeable and patient. He has been such a solid support base and has really kept me grounded during this entire process.

Then there is Debra or "Momma Deb" I like to call her she doesn't know that lol. Words can not express the gratitude and love I have for this woman. Excellent lawyer I retained John Bledsoe after a vindictive X had filed innumerable filings of false accusations against me, trying to claim alienation when he himself was abusive. John corrected the situation by shedding light on the real issues of the case, which were my X's pre occupation with hurting me through abusing the legal system as well as abusing the children. I was awarded sole legal custody as a result of John's work.

John handled my divorce. He handled it so well that when my ex lost all of her initial motions that she fired her attorney and got another one! It didn’t help as John prevailed on everything: No spousal support and 50/50 custody. John answered all my questions and gave good advice on what to do, how to do it, and how long it would take. Divorce is a horrible thing I hope you don’t experience, but if you find yourself in that position, I recommend you use John Bledsoe.

X-Wife making false statements of abuse John worked really hard to calm both my wife and myself down. He was able to not only get my time back with my son. we were also able to prove her as a lier. and the Judge informed her that if she ever came back to court without proof that she would loose custody of my son. and that it was only that my son was in school and doing ok and that i live in Seattle thathe did not transfer custody. John did all this in judges chambers which saved me alot of money, got the major point across and hopefully put a stop to all the lies and accuations that my X has put my son and me through. John did for me in three months what my Ga. Lawyer and $40.000 could not do. He put a stop to it. His office personal were just as professional as he was. he did not overcharge me and was fair about my bill to him. Not living in SoCal and having to fly in was bad enough but it was nice to find an attorney that understood what the priorty was My SON and spending as much time with him as i could.

Highly recommended I have been going to court proceedings for the last 2 1/2 years after I filed for divorce from my husband of 17 years. We have five children and two successful businesses. My ex-husband has been starving my kids and me out to the point that my church has been assisting us. I have had several other attorneys but my case has not moved forward in any timely manner. That is, until I met Mr. Bledsoe. It has been a very difficult battle with my ex. He does not do anything willingly. During our last court proceeding everything was going south for my case because of the lies that were being told. We were there all day long and Mr. Bledsoe negotiated wisely and fairly with the opposing counsel outside of the courtroom throughout the day. Opposing counsel would change their minds right before we would go back into the courtroom and completely waste time. It was just a game to them. When we went back into the courtroom at the end of the day Mr. Bledsoe had had enough of their games. He tactfully but forcefully persuaded the judge in our favor and saved my whole case!! He is well respected with the judges which goes a long way. Mr. Bledsoe is very experienced and capable in the courtroom. He will be kind and understanding with you and a strategic and strong opponent to opposing counsel.

Divorced in 2017 I was in the middle of a very contentious divorce that had been going on for over a year and was not happy with the counsel that I had at the time. My ex had always said that he would bury me in legal fees if we ever split up and he was out to hurt and destroy me. My ex had a top-notch attorney that completely overshadowed my counsel at the time.. We had an arbitration meeting where my previous counsel was berated by my ex and opposing counsel and I knew I had to make a change. I wanted an attorney that I could trust and that would be able to stand up to my ex's counsel and I was referred to John Bledsoe.I met with John and although he was kind, considerate and understanding he was also strong and had a strong presence. When I asked him "Can you stand up to opposing counsel?" he said without hesitation "absolutely". We were facing trial within 60 days and John geared up and was ready. John made himself available to me by phone, text, and email and was always responsive in getting back to me.Although trial was actually continued, as they almost always are, John worked with me to address numerous matters pertaining to the case including spousal support, attorney fees, disposition of the family residence which included Watts reimbursements, pension, drop program, Deferred Comp, sick pay accumulated, Gilmore reimbursements, and personal property that had to be divided. We knew this would ultimately end up in trial and so we prepared for that. Halfway through the trial we were ahead on almost every point and my ex was ripped apart by John and the judge. It was obvious in the court that John was much more prepared than opposing counsel. The judge asked us to go out of the courtroom and negotiate the remaining issues. Opposing counsel and my ex were much more amicable to a settlement. We settled and my life is finally back to normal. John lived up to his claim that he would be able to stand up to opposing counsel..., he went over and above even what I had expected for him to be able to pull off. Thank you John Bledsoe. John was more like a friend then my counsel and I appreciate everything he did for me.

Grandparents rights Mr. Bledsoe assisted us in getting custody of our granddaughter. She was with her birth parents and the situation was not where any child should be. Other attorneys had told us it would be almost impossible to get custody from birth parents. Mr. Bledsoe fought hard and really new the law. He assured us that grandparents do have rights, especially when it is in the best interest of the child. We are so very grateful to Mr. Bledsoe for all he did in getting us full custody of our granddaughter. He was always there for us and we would recommend him highly to anyone that needs a honest and hardworking attorney.

He is willing to fight for you!! I could not have had a better Attorney. I had a very complex custody case. My ex-husband refused to return our daughter from her 10 day visitation. He filed for emergency custody. I had to come from out of state to fight for custody. Mr. Bledsoe and his team jumped into high gear and were immediately ready for this battle. It was shocking and painful to have my daughter kidnapped and totally alienated from me. Because of my ex-husband's lies and his manipulation of our daughter, I was very sure that I was going to lose custody of my daughter. Mr. Bledsoe had complete control. I watched as he completely turned that train wreck around. I was in awe at how he worked and the control he exhibited in getting my daughter back for me. Each step of the way, he knew precisely what to do next. I walked out of that courtroom with sole physical custody of my daughter! He was powerful in his strategy. I will start with the fact that John Bledsoe, his family & his buisness are AMAZING people. You don't come across a family like this very often. Excellent attorney Mr. Bledsoe handled my case and he was successful in getting me full custody of my children. Months later, when my ex tried to regain custody of the children, Mr. Bledsoe was able to stop her from regaining custody. Highly recommend Whether you're just starting out in your divorce, thinking of switching lawyers, or currently self represtenting; I can't recommend John Bledsoe and his firm enough and the absolute need for an ethical while strong attorney(CANT emphasize the rarity of that enough in OC). If you're in a high conflict case this decision will be life changing, possibly life saving. I've been stuck in a nightmare of a high conflict divorce for almost three years. The tactics my ex and his lawyer have used to continue the abuse I should've been escaping is nothing short of a Lifetime movie, our young baby being used as a pawn turns it into every mother's worst nightmare. My family has supported me in retaining two top attorneys to fight for my child. Not only has choosing the wrong attorney's costed me hundreds of thousands in losses, it has lost me almost three years with my child. I've only been with John and his firm a short while, after self representing for a year. Considering my broken financial state, messiness of my case, and ex's nightmare of a headache of an attorney, most attorneys won't even consider taking to me. The care and time John and his team have already taken to strategize and help me move forward getting my child, along with financial relief to do so is incomparable. John Bledsoe ,review. mr, Bledsoe has done an excellent job in every aspect of handling my divorce . The divorce has caused a lot of anxiety and depression for both me and the children specially my son that suffers from high functioning autism. On June, 2, 2014 my wife abducted both children and abruptly pulled them out of school, what followed was false accusations of domestic violence, in order to gain leverage in the diviorce. I was living a nightmare, I called the police and filed for divorce , the police told me they could not get involved , that it was a case for family court. Superb attorney - killed my ex!!!! I have had exposure to many different attorneys. I know a good one when I see one. John Bledsoe is light years ahead of other attorneys. He stood by myside and was able to single handedly get me a settlement of $550,000.00. All the other attorneys said it would be IMPOSSIBLE to get a dime, I guess they never ran up against Mr. Bledsoe before...

I got to move away with my children I was in a desperate situation with a controlling ex-husband who lived out of the Country part time and had convinced the judge that I should not be able to move to be near my family. My previous attorney had little success. Mr. Bledsoe came on the case. We had a trial. He was very strong and I could tell that the judge listened to him. Mr. Bledsoe destroyed my ex on his cross examination of him. The next thing I knew I was allowed to move with my children where I could be near to my extended family. I would recommend John and his staff.

My fiance and I were extremely stressed about some custody issues that became very urgent for the well-being of our child. This is my first time dealing with courts at all, and so I was recommended by another lawyer not specialized in family law to John Bledsoe and he has been spectacular!
