Excellent lawyer I retained John Bledsoe after a vindictive X had filed innumerable filings of false accusations against me, trying to claim alienation when he himself was abusive. I have been going to court proceedings for the last 2 1/2 years after I filed for divorce from my husband of 17 years. We have five children and two successful businesses. Yesterday I was in court because when my wife and I separated she moved all our property out of our home and took all liquid assets, well over six figures. I had a good day in court. She put on an outrageous and dramatic act with crying, making false and outrageous lies about me and attempted to manipulate the court. John Bledsoe insisted on a hearing and that she answer specific questions about what she did with our money that she took. John Bledsoe held my wife accountable. I was impressed on how carefully the Judge listened to John compared to my wife’s attorney. When it was all over the Court ordered my wife to bring all the money she had left and put it in my attorney’s trust account within 72 hours. The result of John’s questioning of my wife was that she looked terrible to the Judge and ended up painting herself in a corner. She has found herself in big trouble. John Bledsoe really earned his money at court yesterday. If you’re looking for the best attorney that understands the law, commands the courtroom and can be a bulldog when required, I would highly recommend John Bledsoe!

I got to move away with my children I was in a desperate situation with a controlling ex-husband who lived out of the Country part time and had convinced the judge that I should not be able to move to be near my family. My previous attorney had little success. Mr. Bledsoe came on the case. We had a trial. He was very strong and I could tell that the judge listened to him. Mr. Bledsoe destroyed my ex on his cross examination of him. The next thing I knew I was allowed to move with my children where I could be near to my extended family. After a few years of yuk with my ex - my sister found John Bledsoe and I was very blessed to have him on my side - my ex had a high priced atty out of Newport Beach - so we were considered the underdogs - however John was great getting thru the yuk - they subpoenaed my bosses, baby sitter, etc - while the entire time my ex was claiming to be on unemployment and that's why he was not paying support - we found that my ex just changed employment status - from an employee to a subcontractor for a major home builder here in So Cal and that he put all his assets in his 3rd wife's name, then he switched everything into his 4th wife's name - my ex was making more than $25k a month - John was extremely great and we were able to get the judge to see thru my ex's BS - please note that my ex kept me in court for more than 13 years for different issues and support - John was great and stood by me the entire time and I would highly recommend him to anyone as I have done for the last 15 years - thanks John for ALL your hard work - you're wrong your NOT the underdog - your a quiet sweet bull dog!

The divorce has caused a lot of anxiety and depression for both me and the children specially my son that suffers from high functioning autism. On June, 2, 2014 my wife abducted both children and abruptly pulled them out of school, what followed was false accusations of domestic violence, in order to gain leverage in the diviorce. Grandparents rights Mr. Bledsoe assisted us in getting custody of our granddaughter. She was with her birth parents and the situation was not where any child should be. Other attorneys had told us it would be almost impossible to get custody from birth parents. Mr. Bledsoe fought hard and really new the law. He assured us that grandparents do have rights, especially when it is in the best interest of the child. Highly recommended I have been going to court proceedings for the last 2 1/2 years after I filed for divorce from my husband of 17 years. We have five children and two successful businesses. My ex-husband has been starving my kids and me out to the point that my church has been assisting us. I have had several other attorneys but my case has not moved forward in any timely manner. X-Wife making false statements of abuse John worked really hard to calm both my wife and myself down. He was able to not only get my time back with my son. we were also able to prove her as a lier. and the Judge informed her that if she ever came back to court without proof that she would loose custody of my son. and that it was only that my son was in school and doing ok and that i live in Seattle thathe did not transfer custody. John did all this in judges chambers which saved me alot of money, got the major point across and hopefully put a stop to all the lies and accuations that my X has put my son and me through. John did for me in three months what my Ga. Lawyer and $40.000 could not do. He put a stop to it. His office personal were just as professional as he was. he did not overcharge me and was fair about my bill to him.
