My ex had a top-notch attorney that completely overshadowed my counsel at the time.. We had an arbitration meeting where my previous counsel was berated by my ex and opposing counsel and I knew I had to make a change. I wanted an attorney that I could trust and that would be able to stand up to my ex's counsel and I was referred to John Bledsoe.I met with John and although he was kind, considerate and understanding he was also strong and had a strong presence. When I asked him "Can you stand up to opposing counsel?" he said without hesitation "absolutely". We were facing trial within 60 days and John geared up and was ready. John made himself available to me by phone, text, and email and was always responsive in getting back to me.Although trial was actually continued, as they almost always are, John worked with me to address numerous matters pertaining to the case including spousal support, attorney fees, disposition of the family residence which included Watts reimbursements, pension, drop program, Deferred Comp, sick pay accumulated, Gilmore reimbursements, and personal property that had to be divided. We knew this would ultimately end up in trial and so we prepared for that. Halfway through the trial we were ahead on almost every point and my ex was ripped apart by John and the judge. John did for me in three months what my Ga. Lawyer and $40.000 could not do. He put a stop to it. After a few years of yuk with my ex - my sister found John Bledsoe and I was very blessed to have him on my side - my ex had a high priced atty out of Newport Beach - so we were considered the underdogs - however John was great getting thru the yuk - they subpoenaed my bosses, baby sitter, etc - while the entire time my ex was claiming to be on unemployment and that's why he was not paying support - we found that my ex just changed employment status - from an employee to a subcontractor for a major home builder here in So Cal and that he put all his assets in his 3rd wife's name, then he switched everything into his 4th wife's name - my ex was making more than $25k a month - John was extremely great and we were able to get the judge to see thru my ex's BS - please note that my ex kept me in court for more than 13 years for different issues and support - John was great and stood by me the entire time and I would highly recommend him to anyone as I have done for the last 15 years - thanks John for ALL your hard work - you're wrong your NOT the underdog - your a quiet sweet bull dog!

I have been going to court proceedings for the last 2 1/2 years after I filed for divorce from my husband of 17 years. We have five children and two successful businesses. My ex-husband has been starving my kids and me out to the point that my church has been assisting us. I have had several other attorneys but my case has not moved forward in any timely manner. Not living in SoCal and having to fly in was bad enough but it was nice to find an attorney that understood what the priorty was My SON and spending as much time with him as i could.

Highly recommended I have been going to court proceedings for the last 2 1/2 years after I filed for divorce from my husband of 17 years. We have five children and two successful businesses. My ex-husband has been starving my kids and me out to the point that my church has been assisting us. I have had several other attorneys but my case has not moved forward in any timely manner. I got to move away with my children I was in a desperate situation with a controlling ex-husband who lived out of the Country part time and had convinced the judge that I should not be able to move to be near my family. The divorce has caused a lot of anxiety and depression for both me and the children specially my son that suffers from high functioning autism. Excellent lawyer I retained John Bledsoe after a vindictive X had filed innumerable filings of false accusations against me, trying to claim alienation when he himself was abusive. Grandparents rights Mr. Bledsoe assisted us in getting custody of our granddaughter. She was with her birth parents and the situation was not where any child should be. Other attorneys had told us it would be almost impossible to get custody from birth parents. Mr. Bledsoe fought hard and really new the law. He assured us that grandparents do have rights, especially when it is in the best interest of the child. Yesterday I was in court because when my wife and I separated she moved all our property out of our home and took all liquid assets, well over six figures. I had a good day in court. She put on an outrageous and dramatic act with crying, making false and outrageous lies about me and attempted to manipulate the court. John Bledsoe insisted on a hearing and that she answer specific questions about what she did with our money that she took. John Bledsoe held my wife accountable. I was impressed on how carefully the Judge listened to John compared to my wife’s attorney. When it was all over the Court ordered my wife to bring all the money she had left and put it in my attorney’s trust account within 72 hours. The result of John’s questioning of my wife was that she looked terrible to the Judge and ended up painting herself in a corner. She has found herself in big trouble. John Bledsoe really earned his money at court yesterday. Divorced in 2017 I was in the middle of a very contentious divorce that had been going on for over a year and was not happy with the counsel that I had at the time. My ex had always said that he would bury me in legal fees if we ever split up and he was out to hurt and destroy me. My ex had a top-notch attorney that completely overshadowed my counsel at the time.. We had an arbitration meeting where my previous counsel was berated by my ex and opposing counsel and I knew I had to make a change. I wanted an attorney that I could trust and that would be able to stand up to my ex's counsel and I was referred to John Bledsoe.I met with John and although he was kind, considerate and understanding he was also strong and had a strong presence. When I asked him "Can you stand up to opposing counsel?" he said without hesitation "absolutely". We were facing trial within 60 days and John geared up and was ready. John made himself available to me by phone, text, and email and was always responsive in getting back to me.Although trial was actually continued, as they almost always are, John worked with me to address numerous matters pertaining to the case including spousal support, attorney fees, disposition of the family residence which included Watts reimbursements, pension, drop program, Deferred Comp, sick pay accumulated, Gilmore reimbursements, and personal property that had to be divided. We knew this would ultimately end up in trial and so we prepared for that. Halfway through the trial we were ahead on almost every point and my ex was ripped apart by John and the judge. It was obvious in the court that John was much more prepared than opposing counsel. The judge asked us to go out of the courtroom and negotiate the remaining issues. Opposing counsel and my ex were much more amicable to a settlement. We settled and my life is finally back to normal.
